MIddle School & High School

Students in the 6th-12th grade face unique circumstances, problems, and decisions during these crucial years of their lives. Lonoke believes in discipling and helping these students foster a relationship with God to navigate through those circumstances, problems, and decisions.

Lonoke Student Ministries is one group that is broken down into two smaller groups. Worship and teaching are together and then the group is broken down for small groups. Middle School (6th-8th Grade) small groups and High School (9th-12th Grade) small groups are specifically geared for the students and the specific challenges they face in their season of life.

student-led worship

God has led gifted all of His people with gifts designated to encourage the body of Christ. This includes young people in the ministry of music. Lonoke Student Ministries Worship band leads worship weekly with the goal worshipping themselves and leading others in worship.

Spirit-Led Teaching

God's Word is the foundation for students to navigate through the ups and downs of life. Lonoke believe that God's Word will sustain them and lead them down the right path. Each week, Pastor Brooks leads out in sharing God with the students through Scripture. Through this time of teaching, students are confronted with the answer to follow Jesus.

Mentor-Led Small Groups

Relationships are important for students. It is critical for them to build relationships with adults that have their spiritual health at the forefront. Following worship and teaching, these groups split into small groups led by faithful adults that serve as mentors in the spiritual sense. These leaders care for the physical and spiritual well-being of the students and pour into them God, His Word, and care. These relationships are designed to come alongside the students during this critical time in life.
